What additional API access fees may be accessed?

Our subscription fees are all-inclusive - you will not incur additional API access fees. Your monthly invoice includes a breakdown of the pricing and any discounts applied. Any changes to your subscription will be communicated in a timely fashion.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes. We offer a 5% discount on a 1 year contract and a 10% discount on contracts that are 2 years or longer.

What if I need data and analytics from a different source?

We're regularly adding more API integrations to our platform. If you cannot find the integration you're looking for, suggest an addition and include some information about your use case to help us prioritize. We may reach out to you if we determine that a custom solution is a better fit for your business needs.

Can I get a raw data dump?
Yes! We have Jobs designed to generate a full history zip of your Connection data that you can download from our web app. In addition, these jobs can be configured to push data to a hosted sink Connection (such as PostgresQL and MongoDB).
Aside from these "zip Jobs", most Jobs include, when applicable:
  • A downloadable zip file of raw Job-specifc output
  • Provider-specific templates that can be edited and uploaded back to the third-party systems (for example, Payroll and Accounting templates).
Can I change or cancel services?

Yes! You can change your services (and monthly fees) in a variety of ways. For example:

  • Pause a Job to stop Connection data sync, but keep all data fetched to-date. This stops the monthly Connection charges, but per-Job billing continues.
  • Delete a Job to delete all data and stop all charges related to the Job.
